Very good experience the room are clean and basic amenities where available there even microwave was there heat heat your food n make your tea n coffee

The room was not spacious. It was lacking basic facilities, breakfast had very limited options. Banana was not there, no eggs, etc

A nice stay with helpful staff, through they disabled my room keys even though I paid for late check out. They gave no extra time for check out.

Very near to central London, good breakfast, good rooms, this was my second stay here. Lots of Indian restaurants nearby. Close to tower bridge. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Close to impart random which was my exam center.

Very small room not even fit for 2 people.

Clean, safe hotel with good service

The hotel's location is Whitechapel is great. The Tube Station is a 5 mins walk with many restaurants serving Indian food. However, the rooms are small with basin in the room which was odd. Also, the breakfast does not have a lot of variety. Water bottle is not available in the room and you need to inform reception for toiletries, iron etc of needed. However, it's a good choice for travelers on Budget and spending only night in the hotel.

Hotel is good but area is poor as compared to London

Though it is Ibis this particular hotel is an average hotel only. Rooms are too small, no closets for dress, they will provide only 2 sample soaps and toilet paper, if you want to press clothes you have to go to the reception and do it in there. If you book room makes sure your room is in the South Side unless the tiny window will show you only a brick wall next. The advantages are you will find plenty of Indian restaurants nearby and this place is near to London City.

The hotel staff are allowing strangers to the breakfast room, which is not supposed to be. After keeping the breakfast at the table, we went to take coffee, keeping a small bag and my mobile on the table. Once back with the coffee, the bag, and the mobile was missing. Bag containing 1120 GBP. No initiative was taken from the staff of the hotel. It was really shocking. Avoid this hotel.

Stay was awesome. Everything was available in room. People were nice.

Great hotel for the budget in this location. Rooms are small but neatly organised, but that's what you could get for the money in London. Better than most BnBs around. Stayed for a couple of nights. The reception is attached to the breakfast area, where you can have access to the microwave, which isn't very common at other others. There's no water kettle in the room and the room has a tiny TV, which I wouldn't mind being a visitor. The reception area is quite unorthodox, but great. Finally, a great budget hotel to stay at if you want to roam around the central London. Bathrooms have a transparent door.

All was great. I would recommend it for everyone who wants to visit London with little budget.
Breakfast staff close to city center by bus and metro.

I stayed here for 2 days due to last minute booking. Pros - 1) Located on main road in Whitechapel area, next to a mosque, so no transportation problem. 2) Reception staff is friendly. 3) Clean rooms. 4) Quite environment. 5) Availability of cheap food, non-veg. 6) Tesco is very near. Cons - 1) Very less space in room. I don't know about other options but mine was so small that I can't even my briefcase without putting it on bed. 2) Very less veg food options. 3) Drinking water. 4) No menu food items.

Standard IBIS fare, brilliant location and very clean room and bed. Everything is within reach literally, you can stretch your hands and reach everything in the room.
