It is an old hotel with two different complex. We were made to stay in outer complex which was quite a distance from lobby and restaurant. They did not clean the room till 5 pm and refused to give water bottles after 8 pm siting reason they don't have staff. They charged me additional for child buffet breakfast, though I booked all inclusive meal plan. Thier breakfast only had bread jam for vegetarians rather most Indians, as rest of Thai dishes were unbearable. Lack staff and long queue to toast bread.

When I come very excited but when I see pool bar it's not working. Have no sofa set in room. Very rude staff. Please do not book this hotel. Totally waste of money.

This is one of the good hotels in Pattaya. The staff was very good people, good hospitality. Nice swimming pool located in the central portion. Location of the hotel also good, near to Beach walking street. Overall, it's a good one.
