Very comfortable. Huge rooms & great location

Good place to stay in chiang mai, clean rooms, good staff and amazing pool! close to city centre to hop around the town.

We stayed there for one day. But man, this is it. Instantly felt love with this beauty and christmas decorations are icing on the cake. W stayed in 10th floor. This hotel has free swimming pool, gym (you have to request access, massage service, in house dining, in house concert area and all. The concierges are very helpful as well.

Indian people may not like hospitality. However ambience is good room is good. And overall swimming pool at 7 floors is awesome. Lobby area as also huge Images show true pictures.

Room on the 10th floor with a pool view was really good. Location was a bit away from old city where the action is. Staff gets full marks, the recommendation and arrangement for things to do in chiang mai was very good.

Excellent location, was quite surprised by the hospitality of the staff and cheap rate, considering it to be the location. Was quite clean as well. Also loved their green curry as well. Kids were happy too. It was also close to the airport as well. Definitely was a 5 star experience.

Great location. Easy transportation options. Lovely pool. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Huge rooms. The only complaint is the mattress was not as comfortable as we would have liked. A bit hard.

I have been to this place before, so it was nice to be back. The staff was friendly and helpful as usual. The location of the hotel is the best part. Just 15 minutes from the airport. Also the hotel is connected to the big shopping complex. Everything is walking distance. Excellent location. Will definitely come back.
