The rooms are too congested. There is no lift at the property. The property is in a shady location. The paint of the rooms was falling off and there was barely any ventilation in the room.

Management zero No cleaner No staff Counter person absent when needed. Stay away from this property. Thank you

bad mantainance, bad smell in room and washroom, staff has a rude behaviour... AC condition is pathetic, just 10 minutes delay for check out so 2 people have come and standing in front of the door and started arguing... I was requesting for 5 mnts but they stood outside till I vacte room... I have never seen such a bad behavior especially lady was so rude..

My experience was marvelous in this hotel location is brilliant and sky train +shoping mall +cheapest food from harry’s kitchen restaurants from ground floor amazing taste and also boss and staff is very friendly boss ashish and staff bojay bhandari very cooperative

this is worst experience in my life ,I stay whole night outside of hotel because I couldn't feel like to sleep in that room , it was night mare it's like pigsty and beside Wash room whole room smell like urine and mattress is like worst in my life.... please stay away from this hotel

Worse place i have ever stayed, rooms are unclean and, bed covers are so dirty, a. C was not working properly can't believe i stayed one day.

Room in bad condition, bad smell in room, bathroom filled with water, no soap and shampoo, staff checked my room at 23:00 pm, i don't no why? while i was alone in my room and sleeping. It's so terrible. Stairs are too dangerous.

Rooms are like pig shelters, owner very rude and drunk all the time, i have booked the room for three night but not even stays 1 night.

Never book a hotel from here. Hotel owner is a indian couple they are not friendly and not helping. I stay two days there in so hot room. Air conditioner doesn't work. Hotel owner gave me room on 5th floor no elevator also. Small room everything is not good. Please don't book. Thank you

You get good food however manager do not understand how to speak with the customer as well as the AC is not working rooms are not clean also towels are not changed.
