I recently booked a room through MakeMyTrip and was quite disappointed. The room size was extremely small—definitely not as shown in the photos. To make matters worse, the air conditioner wasn’t working, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially in this heat. I expected better quality and accuracy from the listings. Not satisfied with this booking.

Its a below average hotel. Rooms are very spacious but cleanliness not upto the mark. Pool is not in the same building its in another building. Too much Bleaching powder in the swimming pool, our clothes, swimming constumes even hair colors fadded away. Very less food options. Shuttle service they offer is good. but hotel is in very interior approx 3 km from main road. should not promote this kind of hotel

The stay was really good, very friendly staff, breakfast can be a little better, room service after 3 pm is not available, they should have dealt with nearby shops to service after 3 pm, 4 start for stay and cleanliness 5 start for staff 3 star for food

Frontoffice assistant was so nice and welcoming for my early check in in the hotel. It's accessible to everywhere

Good location, polite staff didn't find indian food only that was a little bit of issue but can find many indian restaurants nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room services were great. Tuk-tuk pickup / drop 24/7 available. Breakfast was good. A room advance of 1000 thb was collected and was returned while checking out. Overall the best place to stay.

It was a good hotel conveniently located near (800 mtrs) the most happening place nana plaza. Suite room was spacious, but breakfast options can be better.

Very pleasant experience. Open 24/7 the hotel is very close to the downtown area and also close to the stores.
