    Refund related issue

    I had booked this hotel with free cancellation however due to itinerary changes i had to modify the dates and then without any information shown or any update it was changed from free cancellation to non cancellable booking. My visa. Did not get processed and the property also refused to cancel the booking and give any refund though the initial booking was with free cancellation. We had informed them many days early that we would not be able to come however they didn't help with any of the request.
