Place is not good.and very small rooms

The staff at this hotel is "Yani" were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at near by area and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient.

Room was not up to expectations really disappointed , not worth for the money , for this same price many backpackers hotel offers for 2days stay

value for money but come 3 . pm. or else you will charge extra for early check in. very good Staff.

Room is bad

Worst hotel i had ever experienced throughout my travel tours, the a/c was not working, no proper lighting, dirty room, washrooms are similar to airlines washroom, staffs are very rude to deal with, worst experience at all, never book ever this hotel

Located very near to metro station and bus stop, restaurants and shops, ambiance is good, recommended for indians to stay in little india singapore

good hotel in litel india but common bathrooms for hostel room that is the problem for me otherwise good and also makemytrip app very comfortable for me out of station room booking very easy to me nice 👍

We had a very pleasant stay at The great Madras. The location is perfect, right behind is the Rochor MRT(2min walk) so it was very convenient for travelling everywhere. The hotel staff was also very polite,they were very kind,gave toiletries and drinking water. We even had amazing room service.

rooms were given 50 min late .. had to wait till then. room had only bed space … with sliding door .. common washroom for everyone .. which was maintained very bad and smell

First staff sitting at front, they are very rude and don't know how to be with customers. I asked for a room upgrade as the one allotted was hostel, but they were charging additional $500 for this which was even higher than original price of that room. The front desk lady was so arrogant and was not at all cooperative.

Very nice property. Only 1 suggestion to install wall fan in all rooms to avoid ac all time it helps u to reduce your electricity usage bill also.

Even the aeroplane toilets are bigger than the room toilet. Wash basin was kept near the bed room was very very very small. The whole mood pf the vacation was gone once i entered the room

I didn't see such worst booking in my life, whether booking time it show great madras hotel after booked and paid the amount i received conformation. I saw it was hostel not hotel, when i asked great madras hotel, they say your booking like this, i asked some people they are also facing same problem, so that i didn't stay in this hotel and i am not getting my refund also because it was non refundable term, iwhen i apporch customer care i am not get proper feedback.

Location of the hotel is ok but the room's are worst i have been traveling all around the glob but never had stayed in such kind of hotel an d on top of that they will ask you 100$ for the deposit incase of any damage. If u don't stress yourself than avoid staying here.

Very bad experience, even after asking for cleaning, they didn't clean the room on the same day, they told our staff was too busy, i told ok do tomorrow, not even next day and not even there after, no water bottles given. I have to go down and ask for water even.

Very rude behavior of the recipiention girl. Non co-operative, i checked in morning 0545 am, no body was at the reception, i have to wait for 35 minutes at the reception, all staff were sleeping

We are not happy with the room size. We are choose 2 rooms with high prize but we could t find any good thing on that price and they will never clean our room propery never change bed sheet and even towels too. Every time we have to request to clean our room change bed sheet and towels but they did not do anything for their clients we are not happy never recommend anyone for this hotel very disappointed from their receptionist itself. I dont have pictures
