Hotel is clean and ground staff is efficient and takes care of you . the check out was terrible the person a not even entertaining one hour extension despite having overcharged for 1 full day which i had paid . it soured our mood ..but any ways luckily I was out and for what ever time I stayed it was comfortable. however it is not value for money and you might end up feeling a bit low despite wonderful service by the concierge and ground staff team . the check in and checkout spoilt the overall experience for us. the overall feel of the hotel was that of a budget hotel despite all the hype and imagery.

Very good hospitality, communicable and caring in every aspect

Great hotel at a great location. Rooms sizes are very good, much larger than most of hotels in Singapore. Rooms are clean, hotel lobby is beautiful and Gym is even better. It is located just 100 meters from Orchard Street which is a shopping paradise.

Unlike many hotels, stuffs are very friendly and always ready to help. Check out time they increase the receptionists so did not wait too long. Room was spacious and super clean linens! location is one of the best! can’t be better

The rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff is very cooperative. All the facilities are near by except indian food and just few meters away from the most happening place that is orchard road.

The property is very near to mart station orchid. Very nicely maintained. The breakfast was fabulous.

The hotel is situated in prime location. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly.

1. I booked king size, and room was spacious. 2. Breakfast has many options including some of the vegetarian options. 3. Connectivity is great.

Superb stay. Right on orchard road. Close to public transport and all major attractions in singapore

Location was very good, but the window was facing car parking building. We were unable to see the views outside. Food did not have indian type choices. Taste was not to our liking. Services were good.

The 5-star hotel is in budget and they provide complementary snacks & juices for the guests which is good. The location is good as we have shopping options nearby. Mrt station orchard station is nearby at walking distance. Overall good stay.
