Review Of Robertson Quay Hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Robertson's Quay during my trip to Singapore, and I had an amazing experience. The hotel is located perfectly — close to all the main attractions, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The surroundings are peaceful, and everything you need is just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall ambiance, comfort, and service added to the quality of my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore — great value, prime location, and a pleasant stay.

The property location is good but the room and toilet are very small. The bed quality is not good.

It was good stay at good location. View from rooms is of marina bay sands and canal. Its Near 7/11 have friendly staff.

Great location along the river. Small rooms (and bath area) and really old spring mattresses that sag however make it less enjoyable. Daily room service is still intact though.

Location was excellent just few step towards riverwalk nice restaurant, pub full of entertainment. Staff is so polite and cooperative. Good and budget hotel

No water bottle are regular bottle provided by property, room space is very less, they don't even provided hair dryer and no comfort in bed. No reply?

The rooms are extremely small for the price. Interestingly they have only one category of room. Difference between standard and deluxe is just the floors. Rooms on floor 2 are standard and others are deluxe! they dont provide water bottles in the room, neither they have any provision to fill your bottle. Rather they expect to drink from the sink tap which is in the bathroom next to toilet! disgusting. The hot water is never hot enough during day time. At night and early morning its just luke warm. Dont expect any toiletries in the room. There’s one shower gel/soap dispenser in the bathroom, dental kit, toilet paper and bath towel. Thats it! staffs need some knowledge about their own hotel infrastructure and customer behaviour especially the one at night. Attitude and ignorance is built in. The only reason i believe they still get bookings is due to their location and nothing good about the property.

The location of the hotel is very nice, located near all the touristy places. The room size is a bit small, which was misguided by the pictures.

The wifi is kind of really bad. Location is great as you are right on the promenade, you can get to all the spots in carke quay. The hotel is also close to mart. Hotel feels dated

The worst stay i have ever done in my life. They didn’t even provide us water and room size was too small. Very poor bedding and even untidy and old towels were provided

I found and booked this property through make my trip. Amenities were good, but there is no restaurant within the hotel. Service is also good, but you can't take a single bottle of water without paying.
