Positive: Service and amenities are good. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good with different varieties. Negative; Room size is small. If you are travelling with big suitcase then it will take most of your room space.

My stay at Hotel Boss was good, mainly because of its excellent location. It’s close to many key streets and attractions you’d want to cover in Singapore.

Quite a popular stay option for Indians and other family travellers in Singapore. It’s economical and the location is central and connected to MRT and Bus stop. The rooms are very compact, it might feel boxed or claustrophobic to some. I guess that’s the best possible in that fare. Housekeeping is decent, front desk staff is distant. Everything is optimised for the cost, so don’t expect any sort of hospitality.

I flew from Manila late night, arrived pretty late (around 1am) and expected the room to be ready along with some basic courtesy to welcome customers. Forget welcoming, The front end staff was definitely not very welcoming. He took his jolly good time to allocate my room (which was pre-booked weeks ago). On asking the cause of delay, he got irritated and snapped saying he will get back to me. While patiently waiting, he was too slow to complete his responsibilities. Not sure if he was sleepy or he had a bad day at work but after snapping at me made me furious. Seeing my reaction, the boss stepped in and ensured I get my room. Nevertheless, after entering the room - to my dismay - the AirCon didn’t cool the room properly. There was chatter in the corridor. Since my room was closer to the elevators, there was a constant noise. My advise- it’s okay with spend few thousand bucks but don’t compromise on a budget hotel. A good night sleep is important for business execs. This is the first and last time I will ever stay in this hotel. PATHETIC!!

It was very good we enjoy a lot but the rooms size were very small and there were no almirah for the luggage..

Location was okayish, rooms were too small. Rest was fine. Special request needs to be made for toilets.

It was a good hotel, I liked the closeness to public transport and other basic amenities. I really liked the security provided in the hotel and the bathroom was clean. Staff was very helpful.

My experience at Hotel Boss wasn’t great. The rooms were quite small, the breakfast spread was limited and not very good, and the staff could have been more courteous. The location is convenient, but overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations.

Our stay at Hotel Boss was just about average. The location is convenient — it’s walkable from the Little India area, where you’ll find plenty of good Indian restaurants. However, the rooms are extremely small, which makes it a bit uncomfortable, especially if you have luggages which we had since we were family of 4 . The TV unit in our room kept having issues with the internet connection, which was quite . Customer service was also just average — not bad, but nothing exceptional either. Overall, it’s an okay place if you just need a short stay and prioritize location over comfort.

Great location, just 5 minutes from Lavender MRT station. Rooms were clean and neat, please note that rooms are preety small but that's with all the hotels in singapore. Breakfast menu is waste but limited veg options.

Awsome stay, very friendly staff. I had a problem with checkin, got excellent support. It is very near to little India.

We had a pleasant stay! The property was clean and comfortable, *though the room size was quite small and the lobby often crowded*. The location was excellent, *the food was average*, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout.

It was a very good experience. Check-in and check-out process was smooth, room was clean, atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was excellent, which made stay even better. Having Indian food available nearby also made things easier. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast/location is excellent

The breakfast was ok I can rate 7 out 10 as it have serious hygiene issues. Location wise it is very well placed 10 out of 10 But room cleaning was a serious concern . We had stuck for the lift in 15 floor for close to one hour as no lift was working .

Best location, clean rooms and toilets, good view, great experience with hotel boss. However when one books it for long stay kindly change bed linens every day rather than alternate days
