I have international master card, in their language indian card and denied to accept. They have some arrangement to skip card transaction in this digital era. They espect cash. More over giving lesser exchange value as 1. 5:1 while govt declared exchange rate is 1. 6:1. My card is accepted anywhere in nepal. I am in kathmandu now & paying by the same master card for even small small amount. Last five years i am experiencing the same issue with this hotel. They are unchanged.

Poor Stay

Room service was not up to the mark. I asked them khichdi for my kid and they sent burnt khichdi. Morning breakfast was not good. They were serving puri and aaloo sabji and written chhole bhature. Food options were not much. Noodle they sent for dinner was not well cooked. Overall food was pathetic. They need to change their chef.

The stay in the hotel was good. The staff was cooperative but what i feel is that the hotel is not good as compared to the price they are asking. The rooms are a bit small, no extra amenities are there. But yes the food was good and the service was very fast. Overall the stay was good but not exceptional

Hotel is fabulous, services were good and on time immediate response. Really one of the fantastic hotels at Nepalgunj. Restaurant services were also excellent and the food menus were really tasty and sounds like Indian taste.

Even after request they did not clean the room

Overall good instead of cleanliness. Our stay was of two days, they did not cleaned the room even after my request. We had to stay with same dirty room.
