The stay was good. The hotel is located in the westlands has good access to Indian restaurants nearby. The rooms are compact and convenient.

It was a good experience staying in ibis styles westlands. Staff was nice, food was good. Room and washroom were very small in size. There were no almirah. There were hanger on the wall. But room was designed meticulously to have other amenities. Good and budget hotel for 1-2 day stay for a single person.

4. The frequency of cleaning could have been improved, also need indoor games in hotel like pool, table tennis. Overall experience was good, rooms and neat and service was okay. Food was excellent especially omlets. We can rate ibis, nairobi as 4 out of 5

Super efficient hotel with a great staff. You feel welcome from the time to step in the property. Clean quiet rooms, comfortable beds, good shower pressure and temperature. Super value for the price you are paying for this centrally located hotel in westlands, nairobi. This is my regular hotel whenever i visit nairobi.

Thanks for asking, but the room was too small in comparison to as shown in the pictures And when i asked them to change, they refused. Also wifi is too slow and not working properly, tv too has no channel working properly (this is bizarredous. Worst experience to get this kind of experience.

compact rooms clean and tidy. service and the complementary breakfast was excellent 👌. would like to recommend others for a short stay. liked the interiors done inside the room.

The hotel is situated in westlands area which is the city centre & one of the most happening places in nairobi. Rooms are a bit compact but it is good value for money
