    The room was big and the staff was helpful and polite. There were many services (for a nominal fee) like massage chair, public bath, laundry, free ice creams etc.

    The property was excellent. It is very well maintained and superbly located within 5 mins of shopping malls, Kyoto station, subway lines and bus stations. The rooms are a decent size and very neatly maintained along with a number of amenities. The breakfast spread was very good as well.

    The hotel staff was very courteous and the public bathing area was nice too and very relaxing. The breakfast spread was not vegetarian friendly. The room amenities and the common areas were well appointed.
