I, being a vegetarian indian have so much to share about this property. First the cons- a. During checkin they will ask for a refundable security deposit of 300, 000 id r which will be refunded if everything in your room after check out is as expected. No trust. B. No dental kit, shaving kit, cream, handwash and hand towel is provided here. On multiple complaints they gave full sized towel and handwash. Rest no items provided. C. Quite old and poor quality towel provided. D. Breakfast option is limited. We asked for sandwich, the lady said only 1pc per person will be provided. So no buffet system in short. E. Ordered pizza from menu options. Took 45 mins to provide and then we realised it's not a pizza but toppings done on tortilla wrap. So we returned it. Upon checkout the lady said it will still be charged because we ate 1/2 pc of a slice. Convinced her somehow that in order to realise the taste, we had to take a bite of it. Naive fellow. F. Room door was of glass and that too on the verge of breaking. Room number was 02 in pros, i can only say - a. The housekeeping staff was good. B. Pool villa room was good to have at this cost. C. Near to main market area although in a narrow road.
