A stay at this place was very convenient, everything was good specially ambiance, the market was in walkable distance.

Let me start with the moment I entered in the hotel. Before I completed formalities like filling up the particulars I was served welcome soft drinks and then I entered my room, the rooms are neat and clean with good washroom. The hotel is newly built and therefore it is neat and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and we'll behaved. Services are prompt. Overall. If you are planning to stay pleasantly with affordable price this is the hotel I will recommend. Besides that I would like to express my sincere thanks to manager of the hotel Mr UD for his personal care and arranging whole of Bhutan tour of 07 nights at reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 1 night in order to make the permits and the stay was good. However, at night there were disturbance from locals. The property has not lifts so keep this in mind while booking for senior citizen or people with difficulty in climbing stairs.

WiFi wasn't working while it was much needed. And the hotel staff wasn't bothered enough to do anything about it.

We stayed at Gadhen Hotel for a night to get our Bhutan travel permits. The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating, and our room (103) was really nice as well. It is very conveniently located and within walking distance from two of the Bhutan gates (right by the exit gate where you find plenty of cabs both shared and private for Thimphu, Paro etc. ) and about 5-7 minute walk from the permit office. We were so happy with our stay that we have booked the same hotel for a night on our way out of Bhutan. Highly recommended!

The Hotel is in good location. The Hotel is clean and the staff is courteous and polite.

We stayed while we were on our way to Thimpu from Bagdogra. We had planned to stay as we were bit tired and wanted to take test. Our experience has been excellent. The booking by MakeMyTrip was flawless. Pricing seems quite reasonable. Cleanliness we should. Mention especially. The best part is food. We will remember food for long time. Restaurant staff is just too caring. We spent our afternoon with coffee and then evening with dinner. The only backdrop is non-availability of payment by card. So keep change with you.

I stayed 2 night at this hotel with my family. Everything was good and reasonable. Overall good experience.

Very cooperative and well behaved staff

Very close to immigration office. To the local cafes and parks. Very good for overnight stay and moving onwards to next destination. Friendly staff, basic choice of breakfast.

Hotel at main market area, walkable distance to shops to buy souvenirs and other gifts items, also the taxi stand is available nearby to visit to other places, main drawback is that there is no lift. Excellent food and good hospitality.

Rooms are clean and good. Food taste is also good here but takes more time in making the food due to shortage of manpower

The hotel is located near the immigration. It's a clean hotel and newly constructed.

The accommodation was really great with spacious and clean rooms and wash rooms. The staff was very hospitable and polite and the food was delicious with really low prices. It exceeded expectations and I would recommend a stay here.
