The staff members were really professional. They offered services without wait. My family felt taken cared for even when they didnt explicitely asked for it.

expected cycles to be in good condition and also walking track for a walk. Food was good and breakfast options were great

The Vistara property is amazing. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted with a breath taking view of the Karapuzha lake. There are very few properties in that area and not many with as grand of a view. All the rooms are lake facing and this is probably the highlight of the property. The place is kept spick and span, the staff are extremely warm and hospitable and the stay just flys by. You can relax in the infinity pool overlooking the lake, enjoy the delicious food or visit some of the attractions close by. We are a family of four and we got the Family Garden room, which was quite spacious and well located right next to the pool area. Rooms are clean and neat and well kept. All amenities work great and the WiFi is also smooth for those times you want to get back to your digital life for a bit. I've got nothing negative to add to this review for this property, except for maybe that the short 600m or so of approach road which is quite narrow and bumpy in a few places. I don't know how we would have handled an oncoming vehicle if that had happened. But, this place is literally on the lakefront and I wouldn't expect a great road all the way to it anyway. All in all a great experience with the stay, the people, the food, the environment. We took tons of pictures and made a lot of happy memories. Thanks to the management and staff and MMT

We stayed there for a day by paying but stay was very poor foul smelling bathrooms and mattresses breakfast buffet was average with very less food options

The room was very clean and neat. The view was amazing. The staff response was excellent and the food was beyond the mark. Overall the experience was excellent.

Everything was very good . Clean and hygienic. The staff was very polite and prompt. All amenities were very nice. Only some improvement in food taste could be considered

Little narrow road to access the property however view from rooms are good. Food was average and we did not like it. Rooms aesthetics can be improved and they feel dull in terms of atmosphere , no proper lighting in room and feels very basic for the given cost of rooms. Pool is good breakfast options were limited .

the property was good- the view especially. and the view was one of the only reasons we booked this hotel. so it wasn’t worth. that seemed like a bit much- we expected the stay to feel like a five star because of the price, but it didn’t. the property was really old. but the service was really good.

Great experience. Amazing location. The call out is that they have an exceptional staff team who takes care of us like a family. They are available any time to service us. Good management team. One suggestion would be to add some more desserts options to their food menu.

The resort location is awesome. Royal villa rooms make you feel truly royal. Staff is cordial and helpful. Variety of food in buffet can improve.

Our stay at vistara was truly unforgettable. It may be one of the best resorts in kerala, where the birds create a beautiful symphony, and the reflections of clouds and hills paint stunning pictures on the tranquil water.

Our 2 night stay at Vistara Resort was nothing short of perfect. Everything from the luxuriously spacious room, to the immaculate views of Chembra peak and grassy meadows, with a lake right outside the property - was as incredible as it could get. The staff is so accommodating and polite, with everyone taking pride in their work and paying attention to every detail imaginable. Mr. Jithin and his team took great care of us, making sure we got everything we needed and even anticipated our needs before time. The food was also great and flavorful. The serenity you'll experience at Vistara Resort is unparalleled - it's truly a little slice of paradise!
