I enjoyed stay and staff is good at communication but they provided rooms are not clean but good

Staff was rude bedsheet was not clean

The rooms were dirty and very smelly,the bed broke in the middle of the night had to change rooms it was such a mess,couldn’t sleep a bit because of the horrendous smell,they said will change the room in the Morning but didn’t so we had to checkout early,waste of time and money

the hotel is a bit slow in service. however, no issues in staying. safe and mostly clean. if looking for a budget hotel, this one serves the purpose.

the actual room are not even close terrible room service and maintenance and there’s no Ac in the room but they have mentioned it in the amenities, worst experience please don’t waste your money and time here

Hi, I need urgent help with my hotel booking. We booked a room , but the hotel gave us a completely different room and asked us to pay an extra ₹1700 to get the room we originally booked. This is fraud, and we feel cheated. We request compensation and action against the hotel. Please resolve this immediately.

Hotel name is different what you showed on MMT photos .Rooms are totally different from what MMT showed in photos . No breakfast available. And the staff and even the guests there looks suspicious. Since I asked all these questions,They denied check in. I don’t know how MMT working without knowing guests checked in or not .Please refund my amount.Otherwise I will file a case for Sure.

Provided another room without AC, Towel, Breakfast, Geyser, water bottle. Breakfast was included in the booking but they said they have shut down their restaurant.

The hotel needs to improve the room's interiors and bedding. The rooms are not that much attractive to stay for long. But valuable for. The price. The staff is polite and responsible.
