Relax Inn

1. Was not allowed to check in at the selected time, even though there was an option. 2. Not allowing visitors (in this case my friend). I had to spend Two hours outside along with my friend. After which they allowed him for some time. 3. Booked a triple room, yet got towel & accessories for only one person. 4. Had to unload & load the luggage of my parents all by myself, no help. Never going to book in this hotel,

It was clean and hygienic. Good stay...felt comfortable.staff is humble and supportive.

Rooms were not clean and bed linen were stained. Washrooms were also not clean and properly ventilated. Worst part was room service was not available even if you had asked for water.

terrible stay and suitable for hour basis bookings. very very rude behaviour by the hotel staff. not delivered water in the room after 8pm and asked us to go down to collect the water. many more bad experience

the rooms were very clean, it has a beautiful view of airport highway . the staff was helpful and polite .

This was actually not good because, we got a bad smell from the toilet and saw some wine bottles at the window but to be honest the receptionist was good and helped us with few things.

When reached to the hotel. Rooms were not available. They shifted us to some other nonsense hotel

Me and my friend had to attend a conference in Clarks exotica, we were searching for a hotel nearby and I found this hotel, The staff here are very polite and helpful, We booked Delux A C room which was very spacious and nice, we got it for 2 nights with breakfast and which was worth the price. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The food was pathetic the rooms were not cleaned even the blanket there was no hot water

Very pathetic hotel which is unclean, bang on the road with so much of loud traffic sound. The entrance itself is so congested, cigarette smells in the room, fan making a sound throughout, bugs on the bed, unclean toilets. No breakfast was served white it was charged in the booking. Wifi was not working. There was no water in the taps in the morning. Overall i cannot recommend this to anyone at all.

It was good, server-ed our purpose for the transit stay. A couple of food places are near by and the place is right next to the toll for airport. Easy commute to airport.

The hotel is good and easy to reach. It is a good place to stay for a overnight connecting flight

The hotel is very much in budget size. The elevator can only handle two large suitcases and one person. There is no availability of view. Hotel is surrounded by buildings. I think the price is somewhat overly charged for this kind of hotel. Done.

It is a road side lodge kind of hotel, so do n't keep expectation high. There is no hotel parking and food.

It is perfect for people who have to stay a night and have an early flight next day. One star removed just because they forgot to provide Tea sachet.
