Pathetic hotel and poor service. Bathroom is full of web, ants and stinky condition. Flush doesn't work in the toilets. Manager in the day shift is inhumane. He doesn't consider senior citizens and infants as he focuses on making money for time extension incase of any little delay in check-outs. Hotel name has been changed from Aiswarya Residency to Skyry Residency which is not changed in MMT or OYO. Guests will end up searching the former name on the map and may reach the location only to find nothing. There no parking space for cars. So park it outside the hotel (street side parking). If there is a better word than pathetic, you can apply it to this hotel

The best experience overall! From the moment I checked in until I left, every employee at the hotel was accommodating and happy to make my stay easy. Excellent modern, spotless, spacious rooms with excellent service.

Not good , the images and reality is far different. Bedsheets are not clean. Location in google maps is also different

Room was okayy..... Rest room hadn’t been cleaned properly..... Overall its an average stay... can’t find out the location easily
