The property is located at a beautiful location in South Goa, is well connected to amenities like super market, pharmacy, etc just at a walking distance. the property is beautiful, has 3 big rooms and all basic amenities. the housekeeping staff ensure that the house is near and tidy. overall, fantastic experience.

The location was great, with the beach and excellent restaurants nearby. However, the space felt a bit compact and not very well maintained. The floors and bathrooms weren’t very clean, and basic essentials like a floor mat were missing.

The property has a great location and that's where all the good things end about it. The property is not property maintained; toiletries, towels, attention to basics isn't done at all. Even though the cleaning **** was good, still the property required maintenance and repairs. Not expected at this price point. Images submitted

familyVery nice villa no 8 at lusia by the sea, in a gated community, along the river side, well maintained and had a pleasant stay, the care takers were very helpful. There are good hotels around and beach around 300 m across the main road.
