Pretty property but not very good service

The stay is average since the property is very aesthetic and pretty but the service is not upto mark, the service was very slow they didn’t even had shampoo in the bathroom and everything I ordered kept being delayed. The property is good but the service is not very good

Good rooms and clean rooms Breakfast and Dinner buffet was average kids game zone and play activities such as Snooker, foos ball and TT was awesome staff was amazing and helpful swimming was well maintained

We stayed in the hotel in the month of Feb with two kids one was 5 year and another was 5 month, the hotel has many play activities so my 5 year was totally engaged and happy, room has AC based blower and feb was little cold so good for little one also
