Bad Exprience with this property

its very nice room and clean when ever I called them they came to clean the room AC wash superb mainly whom care taker his name is Sunil his very cool guy and his very much take care of use his very sweet Guy

even after prior booking.. they give our room to someone else.. worst experience..

Good spacious stay and budget friendly. Location is perfect. It would be better if staff do cleaning everyday. Rest amazing stay.

Not recommend. We had booked 3 rooms and all the rooms were having same issues. Air Conditioner was too far from the bed, no remote control so we were not able to control the AC, I booked a stay for 5 days and I got room service once and too after 3 days, Lots of mosquitoes, Two Bee Home and reptiles in the Balcony, so we were not able to use the balcony, Bucket in the washroom was having a hole, No proper cooling of AC, it was a Old property and not managed properly. So I will give only 1 star. I won't stay again and I don't recommend.

which room is allocated to us was not confirmed, while talking to the caretaker he gave us a room where we don't have wifi facility, a/c was too bad condition, fan is not working properly, room was not cleaned, sofa is too bad condition, small insects are in the room. Calangute beach is a bit long distance as given in profile. overall of someone going with family please consider above all issues then only go here.

Kamat Holiday Homes is a very good place for stay and staff is very co-operative. Location is also very peaceful. Facilities provided are also very good.

Pool was of no use, it was very dirty. So don't even consider Pool option. Car Parking was very limited, there wasn't much space, if someone else parks first you won't get the spot. Hotel/Rooms were very old construction with no modern amenities. Ac was working fine, but we weren't able to adjust the temprature.
