Went to hotel at about 1 am. The receptionist said the rooms are already sold out and they can not accommodation me. Had to book an other hotel for double the price. It was so much inconvenience at that point of time

There was no bulb in the toilet, and the room light was also turning on nd off, there was no hot water in bathroom. But room was clean and decent.
