It was awesome experience with the staff though food was not availed but rest is fine

on the 3rd June I went to this hotel as I want to do early checking as I was ok with paying extra money of this so I paid 400 to early checking at 8:35am and after I paid that amount he said to me sir your are room is non AC room and I was like what at this point I have to take the room because I have already paid him all the money to stay there so accepted that but after that when I went to the room and I saw the shades are the dirtiest they can be the AC is full of dust there is it dustbin in there and that also look disgusting and in the washroom the toilet is not even good maintain everything everything was like I was in prison or something thank god I didn't stay there long time and what kind of service your providing me make my trip please do something and refund my money in the bathroom there is someone's toothbrush was There Not 1 but 2 ..........that was not also remove I don't know if I will be sick or what if anything happens to me you will be responsible of this

The hotel was not as good as mentioned in many reviews. Normal type of facilities available there, not so good.

Property shown on MMT and reality is completely different. Super Delux was not at all worth that amount taken.

No cleanliness, torn bedsheet was provided, bathroom was not okay. Good thing-warm water, good nature

Make my trip spoke about swimming pool which was absent. Also the hotel acoustics was v poor. Too much noise from corridor and adjacent rooms kept coming in disturbing during sleep. I came on a business trip and needed silence during night to have a good sleep

We have booked through make my trip. Staying is good. Rest is good.

Hotel is on first floor with very narrow stair. Condition of room is average. Bathroom is very small if you would try to take shower you will touch commode. Breakfast is average but cutlery was so dirty, no one would like to have tea in that type of cup. Tv was not working.

Poor rooms and hospitality i recommend that be conscious by booking this hotel

1. Hotel person take me extra charge 2. In hotel room bathroom very bad and there no jet in combot 3. Hotel reception not attend my call 4. Very unclean room and only 2 light working all light not working

Hotels hospitality and clean ness is very bad, not so impressive to stay that hotel. Feeling uneasy

The location of hotel is great, and that's the main point of staying there. Staffs are good, but rooms are not upto the mark, i was given 3rd floor in the hotel so climbing alot of stairs as no lift facility, food is cheap and good but vegetarian only. Rooms are quite small, bathroom are mix bag, some rooms have decent bathroom some have bad condition but hot water facility is present with good air-conditioning in all ac rooms, tv size was small. The biggest advantage is location as everything is just a walking distance with alpha mall just 200 meters away and one of the best mall in india. Booking done on make my trip saved me good amount of money.

The owner kicked out two ladies off the hotel late in night for asking for amenities

To sit in the room, chair was not there, shower was not there. People didn't come to clean the room even after asking them. Though the staff was good at talking.

Very dirty room. Long hair on the bed. Very bad towel. This is not a hotel at all. Guest house is better then this

Room is not good poor hygiene washroom are too dirty even lights are not working

Service is average and bathroom conditions are poor

I don't get good price or get good food my money is total waste.
