Pathetic service guest making loud noise and playing very loud music and not letting anyone sleep tried to call staff but no response

room was average and food was also very average and very costly. Pool was very dirty and no mode of recreation. Overall average stay. Disappointing tour.

Worst zostel i have ever been to. Not maintained at all. Ac not working, washroom not in good condition and even the rooms are damp filled with mosquitoes. Never coming again to this property.

This is the terrible zostel i have ever seen! rooms were very dirty, showers doesn’t work, campus is not clean, gaming zone is very bad! not a single thing can convince to stay at this place

Food delay and this is not for family drink alcohol every side smoke food too much really and swimming is too bad

Rooms are not maintained well for zostel standards. Room had a weird odour, door knobs were broken or not locking, window was damaged, light shock on touching main bathroom tap, false ceiling of premium room was literally supported by a piece of wood. Gym and common room is not maintained either. Sorry state of affairs at this zostel. Hope things will change soon as it is a good budget option compared to other expensive stays in the vicinity appreciate the service and hospitality of the staff and property manager.

Very remote location, not properly maintained, very unhygienic, nothing functional, and lack of basic amenities

The experience at zostel was terrible to say the least. I took their standard room for 2 nights and deluxe room for 1 night. The ac wasnt cooling enough, there were countless powercuts every other minute with no power backup, the washroom clogged, and the wifi in the deluxe room was so bad that i had to return to the standars room for a better connection. Absolutely do not recommend.

Property location was accessible. Owner was good; but maintenance was questionable. Bedside lamps were defective(3out of 4)

The rooms cleanliness was terrible. Insects every where. Spiders and cockroaches in the room. The washroom were also in very bad condition

The wash rooms are terrible, water supply is also slow, there was insects in the room, and there was dampness on thr wall, water leaks from the roof of washrooms. Staff is very cooperative but the owner is not maintaining the property and brand zostel is also not taking any action. Overall property requires instant maintenance.

The overall experience was great, property is quite accessible, staff is great, there's a pool to chill by, staff helps in arranging jungle safari and also they arrange for nearby sightseeing. Trees surrounding the property just makes it all so calm. I loved the property

Great location, really pleasant and clear room, but the things that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful & generous with their time and advice.
