Review Of Zoobys

Dirty water in tap. Very low water pressure. Smelly rooms. Wrong billing in restaurant . Noisy metal wall fan in the room.

Location is good, Parking is available. Staff is also welcoming. Breakfast was not included so can't say about food. Room size is little small but it was clean that matters more.

The stay was ok, the hotel is still not fully set up so I didn’t have access to the rooftop or the cafe and there is no room service. There wasn’t a quiet place to sit and work or enjoy the views outdoors. Otherwise cleanliness was good except for the bath footmat which seemed quite dirty. Also wasn’t able to keep the room windows open for fresh air as the window did not have screens. Food was alright, but a little bit pricey. Service was great. The in room amenities were ok, AC stopped working in the middle of the night and the fan was very loud. Also the TV remote didn’t work. So there is definitely room for improvements, but it seems like they are working towards the same. Hopefully by next year they will be more set up!

Location: 4 star food: 5 star service: 5 star pricing: 4. 5 star the hotel is clean with modern interiors. Best part is finger licking food.

My stay at zoobys bhimtal was good. The location of the stay was beautiful and picturesque. Ambiance and food were nice. Moreover stay was friendly as well. All the essential amenities were fulfilled. Suggestion: it would be great if they provide ceiling fans as well. Pictures added.

I recently stayed at zooby's bhimtal and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience due to the behavior of the staff. It was a one day stay, i encountered rude behaviour by mr. Rahul malwa. We had 2 friends come over to our room which was informed to the staff at the gate. The front desk staff called our room and said rudely to leave our guests. Additionally, when we confronted them for their behaviour he was unapologetic. This significantly impacted my stay. Such conduct is unacceptable. I don't recommend anyone to book your stay here.

Property is beautiful and well managed in small space and view is also good. Service is not that much good but its mangable

We had to stay for 1 night. Room size is okay given the price point and location. Hotel is bang on main road. No room service but hotel has its own cafe and restaurant. Amazing food quality and quanity given the price point. Check out time is before 10am so i had to request them multiple times to ext-en for an hour or so and they agreed.

This has been the most annoying stay! small rooms with just small valley view (street view) extra costly! worthless spending thousands here

Bad room size was very small they also don't provide room service they must really enhance it

We were disappointed with (i) room was not cleaned after first night (ii) did not get hot water on second day and most important (iii) first afternoon and second morning (7 am) there was metal work noise which woke us up. They said gas cylinders are moved from storage on terrace to kitchen - sounded the roof would come down, lasted for 25 minutes. I will find an alternative place to stay in bhimtal.

The location of the hotel is good but the rooms are very small so not value for money they don't have room service available, so you have to come downstairs for every meal. Overall very average experience. Not worth the price

The rooms are super clean and the continental food at their renowned restaurant is to die for. They also have a rooftop lounge at the property.

Overall stay was average. Only a few staff were cooperative and the rest were least bothered about their client. Food was good but over costly and they were taking more than 40mins to bring your order on the table. Rooms were very congested. Location was good and easy to find. I am also not happy with service this time. I really got disappointed by the way when i was waiting with my family at reception after so much of traveling for check in. Instead of giving me solution or alternative she asked me should i cancel your booking i mean how can you ask such a dumb question to someone who travel-led all the way from delhi to stay at that hotel and is waiting with family to check in. Anyways i managed to check in some how but this was very bad experience

Room was clean and well located in bheemtaal. Space of room is really less and not comfortable for a family stay, amenities like ac and gyeser was not working properly, food delivery at room was not allowed and every-time guest need to visit restaurant for food. Hotel need to think on mosquito and ants movement into the room from balcony area.

I have already been to this hotel 3 months ago and when search about hotel in bhimtal, nainital the first name is zoo-by so good and cheap. The facility and staff behaviour is soo good, parking is available and the hotel interior, exterior is awesome. Everything is perfect in zoobys kitchen, and the stay is in budget, according to the face look of zoobys and name, facilities everything which they provide it saw to viewers that it’s a costly hotel to stay but it’s not, you can enjoy a 3 star hotel facility in cheap rates

Very nice and confirtable stay with excellent food options. The cafe and food is absolutely fantastic must visit place for food lovers

Checked in at 6pm yesterday. No services- towels, tv remote etc available. Morning 4am power went off. No back up. Couldn’t sleep, bathe and had to leave without breakfast. Spoken to sanjay sharma, g m. Demand refund

New property, camera friendly interiors. Small rooms but done well. There business is more focused on resturant than a hotel. Provided only one face towel and one bath towel for 2 guests. No room service and also the inhouse resturant and cafe closes by 10pm. Good for a night stay, but nothing exceptional.
