It was really a nice stay and based in a good location. They have trekkings conducted in the evening and morning and are always filled with fun.

It was a very terrible experience, there is no route to the property, no proper guidance the rooms are very horrible with no ventilation, no good food, not value for money

I did not get the stay allocated at zeno. The property owner did not allocate the room stating mmt confirmation not received. I need to contact customer support. I need call back from customer support

There is no communication with the staff members with the host, no wifi provided, no water heater, no proper charging points, i do not recommend to opt this service to anyone. The resort guy made us wait for about 2hours even when we had prior hotel room booked, because of their miscommunication. The host staff do not have ethics to talk to the customers they host for. Not recommended. Kindly look into it that when u charge your customer then you give them the amenities as displayed in site.
