This was the worst stay experience I have ever had. There was no proper management at all — no reception, no receptionist and no one to guide or assist. The hygiene was terrible, and the entire property was poorly maintained. The room had many cockroaches and bed bugs we were bitten all over and got swelling and infection because of it. This place is completely unfit for guests and needs immediate inspection and improvement.

Lift was terrible, the blankets were not washed, wifi password was not provided

Nice Stay and Good Ambience. Some Mosquitos problem is there,please take care of that rest everything is Good. please concentrate on Room cleaning as well which will help us to stay more in the room .Also one more thing can we expect office table and chair for our official work at room.So,that we I'll have a complete solution for the stay and purpose.Wish all the very Best in future growth

This is a very nice room.and it is providing very good facility at low price.Cleaning is also better.The staff also provides good service.

The stay is extremely bad. It's a PG, no hot water, no AC. sink was blocked, flush wasn't working. The manager is extremely rude and irresponsible. They checked me in late after an hour I've arrived at the property coz they were cleaning. The bedsheet gave me rashes and I'm still recovering from it.

The check-in was smooth and quick, The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Terrible service , lift did not work for a week and no one cared, lack of drinking water

It took them half a day to provide us the keys to our room. Lift is present in the amenities but it is not functioning and don't expect it to be ever fixed. Room was okay but fans were moving very slowly it was due to the AC we were able to stay in the room otherwise we couldn't be able to stay. Property manager was never present near the place and he is super busy. He never picks up the phone and for any problem he will tell that he will get it fixed but no one fixes it. Our bathroom was clogged, no one came to fix it. I have tried calling
