Bathroom was sooo bad room was little bit good Hotel bathroom was worst experience totally

kindly don't recommend the above hotel that they are collecting extra amounts of check in. break fast worst bed and pillow cover not change very dirty.

None of the warm light were not working, bathroom was so bad, toilet seater has already broken , Tv was not working.

Washrooms wer not good & bedsheets whr not up to the mark .

location is good nearby main road.Parking facility is also available.Rooms are spacious and affordable.However the room lacks proper hygiene as there were number of cockroaches and foul smell.

We have booked a suite. The lady at reception denied the suite room and they provided one lower grade room to us. The room was old and dusty and rainy water was present in the room by windows (which were already closed). The doormat was placed to soak the rain water beside the bed. They provided breakfast from outside. which was not that good

Very badly maintained Bath rooms with no cleanliness .. broken pipes and taps .. Terrible stay

Hotel is good location nearby metro station but Ac not worked & Bedsheet not clean

The only positive part about this property is its location. it's closer to Station and outside there is a metro station. However there was no hot water available. we were told it's solar connected and there will be hot water 24 hrs, forget about evening, even in morning till 10/10.30 there was no hot water available and tap was also leaking and not functioning properly and in spite of person attending and checking and assuring there was no hot water, which I think is very basic and primary expectation. We had booked a deluxe room which we were told is not available (Surprising, then how could MMT allowed us to book if it was not available). We were given another room. The package included breakfast. Morning 8.30 fixed item of Chole Poori was.delivered in room as breakfast. this was without tea/coffee. there was no choice of breakfast items or even choice of time when you would want.

Room is good that's not a issue but hotel welcoming is horrible to much restriction i am booked room for 3 aacupency but there incuqiury too much who comes female not allowed bla bla honestly non corporate all hotel staff if you are planning to visit business or cuple then don't book this property no smoking i don't think this a hotel feel like hostel very strict restrictions

the hotel room is good and clean but the receptionist lady was very rude she has some anger issues and talking very roughly with me hope hotel management will guide her to how to talk with customers I don't recommend this hotel for family or couples and who has anger issues 😁

Enjoyed my time at the Grand Plaza Hotel. The room was good and neatly arranged. A peaceful place to unwind.
