Low water pressure in the bathroom, the features shown on the website (like food,iron etc) are not available.

Staff initially told that aI have to pay money, though I told him that i is paid already. In the morning, he told me that breakfast not included. i had to show booking details. bathroom is dirty, bathroom door is broken and cannot close the door. Bed is not levelled, slope towards head and had to change direction. no bedside switch to turn on the lights. clothes are dirty.

The hospitality and ambiance is not like it’s shown in the photos . The rooms along the beds , washroom , Ac all were to bad . It wasn’t worth that money . Was feeling like a 2 star hotel

Room was good, you have to order or go out to eat, hospitality was good.

Please remove for your portal it is one of the third class hotel. Why you people make us fool. Please stop it

taking a lot of time and taking long time to travel and changes the seat without giving information and buses also not good

room amenities were zero, non hygiene room, lots of disturbance, staff knocked the room again and again l, worst experience we had

1. Service is very poor, 2. Food availability include service is very poor, 3. Construction work products kept on ground floor opposite lift and many things keep on floor 4. About cleaning is very bad 5. Water coming out from inside the room AC 6. Power cut happens on there 7. Too much mosquitoes 🦟 8. People smoke on there and smoge came in room by whenever room gate open/close 9. Outside of hotel Entrance there's garbage/dust kept always 10. Breakfast not provided on One day even after request also not provided, 11. Towel very dirty 12. Cockroach 🪳 is there, when I have complaint about same like please do pest control, so took cockroach by hand only and gone from room without positive response 13. Room Almirah's can't locked with doors and due to this my stuff kept on room floor without almirah security 14. Web in room and toilet 15. Somedays forget to cleaning the room even when I reached on there and checked the same.. *Atleast minimum availability*-- 1. Water available in bathroom with Geyzer 2. TV on/off facility 3. Drinking water jar/local vendor supply water 4. Stair is available if lift not working 5. Most of the time in breakfast only Idli-sambhar only

pros -- cleanliness is at its best. allowing quick commerce delivery location is near to hi-tech City staff was polite and friendly Cons -- poor wifi no water bottle provided even though it was included as part of amenities
