Poor facilities, the hotel is having old furniture and very dirty rooms The hotel is under maintenance and drilling noise is audible even in night Bed springs are bad too !!

Never ever i will stay this hotel again! How come a hotel with full of guests has no water and electricity for hours and hours and after waiting for 3 hours in the morning they got me a bucket of water to take shower, such waste of money

Please choose club room only. Other rooms are just mediocre. I have stayed in both and I found club room much better with bath tub.

Supposedly 3 star property with high rates and low standards of service. No hand wash provided in rooms. Rooms are dusty and not properly maintained with damaged furnitures. Room service is always delayed. Even the basic facility of kettle and iron in room is provided on request. Booked for a short stay due to work nearby. Never booking again.

Location is good but amenities need to be modify...No toiletries are provided...Water bottle provided are half liter...Room service is worst...Too costly for just basic needs(One liter bottle costs 90 rupees).Not even offers welcoming.

The interior quality of the deluxe room was disappointing, lacking the standards one would expect. No toiletries were provided, and the cupboard had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the staff did not offer a warm welcome or even basic courtesies like offering water.Room service is worst.Overall, the service and amenities did not meet the expectations of a three-star hotel.
