Rooms where not clean TV was not in room we don't get breakfast and door lock was broken survives was not good at all we don't get the things that mentioned in at the time of booking

dont choose this hotel its unsafe During my stay, the overall experience was extremely unpleasant, unhygienic, and unsafe for my family. Below are the major issues I faced: 1. Breakfast was not provided as mentioned during booking. 2. Bedsheet and blanket were very dirty and had a foul smell. 3. The geyser was not working. 4. Only one towel was provided for two guests. 5. The room was full of mosquitoes. 6. The toilet was dirty and unhygienic. 7. The TV was missing from the room. 8. The room door had no proper safety lock, only a regular lock which could be opened from outside — making it unsafe for my family. 9. The telephone/intercom was not working. 10. When we requested alternate arrangements for geyser and towel, the staff abused us in Hindi, which was unacceptable. 11. I asked the hotel staff at the reception why they gave me such a bad and dirty room. They told me why did you book the room online? The staff rudely told me that since you booked online, you will get such a room.

The hotel was very hard to access and the accommodation was very poor, also not good for family. Also no hygiene and water supplies

Hotel room is like shit, smelly , cockroaches roaming in entire room. No TV , switch boards are open , toilet cover was broken and room was surrounded with complete garbage. Parking was most troublemaking stufff . I am not sure how MMT is giving such high ratings to this hotel.
