poor service and toilet is so dirty...all rooms are damage..tv is not working 3rd class service ...towel and bed sheet everything dirty

Very bad stay I experienced in my life . The hotel was terrible not clean very dirty and no basic amenities given . Very bad hotel not preferable.

Staff didn’t allowed to checkin and they won’t allow us and after a while on no convenience they gave us an non ac room then after rising a complain they shifted us on an ac room and in the morning they came and said this is the last time we are allowing online guest and if you come next time won’t allow to check in

I want my refund because I didn’t stay over there. You can ask to the manager of the hotel. I was staying in hotel SAMBHAJI the hotels room was not good. The water was coming in the room and I see the room. It was not good. I was trying to refund it. It was not showing me the option. Please. I want my refund. If you want, you can check the hotel the picture you are shown in MakeMyTrip app. It was so much of difference in it. My whole business trip, first gone so bad for me. I request you for refund. If you think I am saying lie, you can contact to the hotel manager that I stay over there, and you can visit the hotel, please upgrade your app.

Reception staff behaviour is too bad. property is too bad it's not good. Cleaning is not done. Food is not good.Totaly wastage of money. Plz don't book this hotel. bookings are not considered by hotel manager.

worst hotel to spend night in, unhygienic bed with used sheets, uncleaned toilet, geyser just for show no hot water, shower no pressure and spreads everywhere, I had gone out for work for few hours and they gave my room to some other people to use so no privacy and no keys given to the room, management is very poor even if u try to check in early they want us to pay 500rs extra as per their hourly charge, but for single males they got a surprise if u pay extra 5000rs which the cleaner tries to pressure and much worse not worth the stay, no tv, worst quality of the room. there are better hotels available except this at budget rate

the stay was terrible i wasn’t able to sleep even for 30 mins due to too much of mosquitoes … and the bed sheets were not even clean …. and the room was also dirty

Pathetic experience, room is not hygienic and safety is poor. They didn't give me the room key either. Ambience is the worst. Overall it's the worst experience in my life. I don't have any images

Food was ok but rooms were terrible all rooms and bed stink and every were was insects, mosquito and cockroaches very bad experience at hotel kunal o palace

The room was completely dirty and the blanket and towel were torn. Paint was coming off the walls. The bathroom was dirty and the TV was not working.After all the things literally his staff was asking for tip and he did not know how to talk to someone and he was asking for me tobacco that was horrible.

Worst experience 😪, MMT have to inspection of the property. Property is very old, bad and dirty..... It was a scam with me.....MMT Scam....poor

The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was well-kept and comfortable.

The hotel was perfect for relaxation. It was peaceful and the room was comfortable.

Everything is clean, and there are big sofas. Tidy and relaxed.
