Uncleaned room bathroom. Only food i liked
Unclean room, bathroom, bedsheets. Not have sleeper, soap. Everything is uncleaned. I just like the food. Food is very tasty

Just a average stay.
Its was an average stay. Deluxe valley view room was just an average room. Given i arrived little late around 11. 45pm but still attendant was not that great at conversing. No energy nothing not even answering questions properly. I believe i have stayed at better rooms at 1500 price point. So it was pretty average for me. Nothing too memorable.

Spent time with valley view room, i liked much, especially in the morning
The premium room has a very cool & pleasant valley view. I like it very much. The staff behaved very politely. Food qualities are good but costly. Overall i liked much. #my 48 hours stay financial details: @rent of room:4000 rs @break fast/dinner:1800 rs for two people.

Terrible Stay
Horrible experience - avoid this hotel my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. Here are the key issues i faced during my visit: 1. *rude staff* the hotel staff was rude and unprofessional. They did not know how to greet guests properly, making the whole experience unwelcoming from the start. 2. *dirty and smelly room* the room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, smelly, and had cigarette butts all over the floor. The linen was very dirty and smelled of smoke. 3. *inadequate facilities* basic amenities were not provided. The room had no water, and the lights, fan, and tv were not working. The room was also extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest. 4. *insects* the room was full of insects, which made the stay even more uncomfortable and unhygienic. 5. *extra charges* when i requested a room change due to the poor conditions, the owner demanded extra payment, which is unacceptable. 6. *old and unkempt room* the room was very old and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the cigarette smell was pervasive. 7. *unprofessional owner* the owner of the place was very rude and unhelpful, adding to the negative experience. Overall, i would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is a waste of time and money. The condition of the rooms and the behavior of the staff and owner are unacceptable. Please avoid this place to ensure a better travel experience.

Terrible Stay
The room lacked basic amenities like water bottle, kettle and the sheets were not clean. They did not have proper food. They took our dinner order thrice and yet we ended up having food outside. The staff is not friendly and does not resolve your issue. It's just that we arrived at 8 pm at the hotel we stayed in otherwise we would have left.

excellent host and good food , with a very good locality and easy to reach , not far away from solan also you can reach shimla in an hour and other places like chail ,taradevi are also very near , guy at the restaurant is very polite and serves very well . do reach this place for a very comfortable stay and with an awesome view from the balcony .. done.
