    Even after booking the right villa they have shifted me and my family to another homestay where there was no ac. And the cost of the room was low. Hetamji villa havent refund me the difference amount. I have paid for ac homestay and i was shifted to non-ac room. Which is not fair.

    It was a very horrible experience to have dealt with you. While booking whatever amenities were promised were not provided. Will never deal with you. The air conditioner was not provided as per booking agreement, our nights were horrible we could not sleep the whole night nine people just imagined.
