The hotel has old world charm, staff and manager mr jagdish gave outstanding customer service. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would recommend highly.

"This is a property built as a guest house for the erstwhile kings. The high ceiling rooms, furniture and tiled roof provide an old world charm. New addition are in terms of renovation of bathrooms. The location, at walking distance from the noisy Nakki lake is excellent, still maintaining the quite solitude, we were looking for. The outstanding part of the hotel is the many small lush green lawns and the flower filled gardens that resemble the valley of flowers in variety. An evening spent on the lawn under the stars was a great experience for us away from the city where stars for most part are not visible. An early morning walk in the garden is a great way to start the day. Additionally, the service provided is excellent. Property Manager, Mr. Sharma, was personally involved in customer service activities and we found him flexible to meet our requirements. The dinner was good. Perfect taste and easy on the stomach. We made a mistake by eating lunch at Arbuda : a total disaster. A perfect mix of old world charm, personalized service and quite atmosphere for a city get away. "
