Review Of Hotel Golden Veena

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND ROOM WAS ON TOP FLOOR NO LIFT FACILY WAS THERE. FIRST TIME VERY BED EXPERIENCE.

I stay in this hotel but as per images and quality this hotel is not good as per expectations this not good look like expectation some things are not good and working in this room like electric switch board, service is very slow of staff

Room was great. Service was great. Location is the best. Staff is supportive very much. I liked my stay. Rooftop for lunch and dinner available so we can enjoy it with mount view.

1. The hotel has the worst service i ever experienced 2. Final bill has so many flaws which could frustrate you while checking out 3. The behavior of the owner is not at all hospitable even after overcharging for the items like tooth-kit or ice which should be of no charge and if they are, it should be notify in advance 4. I do not have an option of giving it zero star. 5. I regret booking this hotel. Hope i could change my decision and get my money back

I Feel cheated by the hotel owner. Upon arrival he said that he has received confirmation for only one room whereas I have paid for two rooms. then he said he can refer a friends hotel and as we had only one day in Mountabu and sightseeing pending so i went with him to his friend hotel where we got two rooms and had to pay extra 500 rupees there. Next day morning I had to pay for breakfast whereas it was included in my booking. In overall it was very disappointing experience with hotel booking. Not to be used again and never recommended .

Room experience was good, food experience was bad. Hotel location is good. Hotel prices seems overpriced.

All night fan noise continue very bad experience in first time i prefer not go to this hotel with family

The hotel is in front of a very dirty river which smells like a gutter. Hotel rooms are directly on the road. The name sake restaurants is on a small corner whre they dry their clothes on rope. I would not recommend to stay here.

Hotel stay is not valued for money spent. And the hospitality is not ok for the money spent. We found small snack in the bathroom.

Awesome experience about this property. Have fun with family and enjoying many more activities too

Location was too far from market place, property was totally damaged externally. Hot water was just until 10 am. During last day of check out they switched off the air condition at 9am itself and were rude to vacate the property by 9 am.

Nice room and excellent facilities, the hotel staff and the owner are very cooperative. It was a nice experience

Service charges isvery higt and behaviour is so bad. Service is very slow.

Hygiene is maintained but staff was not proper after calling them several times they will not come

Plase remove the list in mske mt trip, chiter management, boga s rooms

Hotel was not for family at all no contact person available anytime for service every-time we have to find the authorize person, we have to ask for water, soap everything for triple sharing they committed for third bed they will arrange they give only mattress tv is also not working as ask they said tv is not there in any room as mention while booking

Mount Abu is very good place. There are many more hotels.

Rooms are damp in condition. Not a good place to stay.
