The rooms are ok but very small and cozy

Safe near to beach, friendly staff, good parking space, but non AC rooms are congested. Don't know about AC rooms.

Tasty food. 5 minutes walking distance beach. Nice rooms. Cooperative staff.

Very good dinner and lunch, anil is best manager.

Location and ambiance was good

One of the nicest resorts in Diveagar. They care for you when you stay here and that should distinguish this place from the many other stay options available here. The service is quick and the food served is good, the options are however limited. This resort has a close proximity to the beach a 5 minute drive to the Diveagar beach goers connectivity is an issue but when in Konkan it's the same everywhere you go. The resort also has a small garden where they lay the table for you to dine and it's a very good experience. The room I stayed was a bad small but functional. All basic amenities were in place and functional. All in all, if you are on a budget and want a good experience, I strongly recommend staying here. The location, service, and beach proximity should make your stay satisfying.

Wi-Fi is not working, food service is very slow, hot water is coming only in the morning.

Location is good, kitchen is there, you have to order and they prepare the nice home like food. Don't expect like hotel, it's guest house. Hot water available but for limited time. Very safe for family.
