good in location not sea face having river facing in the devghar big or near to 2 star property which give the expression but not so clean and can be improve

The location of thus resort is great. accessibility is easy. Machan room was very clean, ventilated and spacious. food was good. property ambience was very nice. overall it was great experience.

Excellent ambience. 5 minutes walk to beach. Polite and efficient staff. Rooms on Machan are very good. Individual cottages with ponds are excellent. Food is reasonably priced and nice taste. Full stay was value for money

Cleaning and service was not ok, very old and food quality is also not ok. Wifi not working pool not provided

Location was good. However, amenities including swimming pool and kids area are not well maintained. Non AC Restaurant is only available. Room is also not up to the mark comparing to the cost paid.

good experience, lot of amenities, food average but staffs are courteous. plunge pool room is okay, but I liked normal basic room ..big enough for 3-4 folks with balcony to accommodate 4 ppl beach is at walking distance approximately 5mins. overall I would rate very good, and recommend every couple / family to stay and live with the nature

Despite the slightly expensive rates, the overall experience was pleasant and worth it for those looking for comfort and quality. Would recommend it for a relaxing getaway, especially for families!

I choose for plung pool room which has no hot water facility so totally useless . If u are choosing room for pool plz dont its not working. Average food quality and veryyy few food options .. so its average hotel dont go with name machan brand its not the same

Accommodation facilities are average. Room service is good. Food vaariety is poor. Transport facility not available, hotel should provide it as ther3 is no public transport there. They should arrange some music concerts at least on special days lik3 christmas which was missing

Resort is great and service is best. Near to all famous beach in this area with beautiful view. No traffic no overcrowding. Resort itself has so many activities that can make your stay pleasant.

The machan by exotica staff is very unprofessional, we came after 5 hrs of drive from pune and when we reached there they have denied checking saying we don't have any room left, for which we did booking 10 days prior and our booking was prepaid and confirmed.

The machan rooms were good overall service is also good its a nice place we visited exotica by beach it was good compared to machan

It was really good experience and the staff were very helpful, an unforeseen circumstance happened where my car was stuck, they helped me remove the car. Stay, food, ambience all good. Lush green fields.

Excellent place, the staff is very cooperative, nice food. Good breakfast menu, it only has 1 default that it does not have a swimming pool, it's wonderful.
