Maitreya Beach Resort

The property was not as shown in the app. The swimming pool was closed, and the room was completely different from what was promised. The toilet was not clean. The location was difficult to trace as Google Maps was confusing, and even though we were nearby, the hotel staff did not send anyone to assist us in reaching the property. Staff service was very poor, and the MakeMyTrip representative did not help after the complaint. Overall, not recommended — not value for money and a complete waste of money. I request a full refund for this extremely disappointing experience.

we found this over google. the property is okiesh. limited parking area. We told the hotel person for the internet which is there but they weren't able to provide the same because the recharge was expired. The hotel kitchen was closed.

It was a decent stay, property cleanliness could be better. staff was co operative. Food was ok ok. the venue is close to the beach (5 min drive) Overall OK type experience.

overpriced, unhygienic, and uncomfortable – a complete letdown i recently stayed at maitreya holiday resort in diveagar, and i’m deeply disappointed. the rooms were filthy, with dirty linens on the beds and bathrooms that hadn’t been properly cleaned. it was absolutely unhygienic and uncomfortable. the service was equally poor. there was no intercom to contact reception, so we had to go all the way to the ground floor for even the smallest requests or inquiries. this was incredibly inconvenient, especially for basic services. what really irked me was the outrageous food prices. they charge far more than even premium hotels, but the portions they serve are nowhere near worth the price. it feels like they are opportunistically taking advantage of tourists, squeezing out every possible rupee. overall, the experience was awful—no value for money, no proper service, and they seem to care only about making quick money off guests. they are not customer-centric at all. i wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to feel like you’re being ripped off at every turn.

Location is average, congested hotel area, bit smelly specially in common area. Parking is challenge.

The hotel was good, staff were friendly, they had variety of food. Overall a good experience. Recommended.

The room rates are not value for the money. The room was ordinary, and cleaning was not done. The toothpaste brush oil and comb were not seen in the bathroom. Big pain is parking. You can't move the car if it is at first. To remove the car, the other car to be moved first. Staff is cooperative, kitchen and food was good. It was not a resort ;it was look like lodge. Very disappointed with the word resort and it's facilities. I had not taken any pics, which was not good to share

It is a nice and comfortable stay with co-operative staff and good food as well.

The property is closely located to beach. Room and surrounding was kept very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Restaurant food taste was quite nice. Parking is congested however the staff manages vehicles taking in and out.

Average stay, little overpriced. Very similar to other stays at diveagar. Expected little more amenities in this price.

Room was clean but washroom wasn’t, flush wasn’t working, their are problm of flies in room, staff mannerisms is good, at end it was average

Both veg and non-veg food is having unique test. Proper konkan test. Excellent food is here, eat in this hotel only. Cleanliness hygiene in is maintain here. Owner is very friendly. Everything is good. When you book your stay book with package. Breakfast, tea, evening tea and dinner is included in the package. Hospitality is good like 5*

The stay was good. We had only breakfast which was very good. The rooms are ok. Not so excellent but good.

Our stay at maitreya hotel was average. Car parking was an issue due to the narrow area. Hotel rooms were just okay and not worth the amount paid per room per night. The food was not tasty as expected. Service was also average. So 3/5 ratings.

Maitrey beach resort is not a beach resort. This is place to spend a night and move on to next destination. Not a place to spend quality time with family. No amenities poor service, away from beach, tight parking space, greedy owner trying to pull money from customer. They charge 5% for gpay which is ridiculous definitely not worth to spend high rent. Not value for money

it's not a resort. just good hotel with restaurant and limited parking. other things are good as mentioned on web site.

We went with very low expectations and yet they weren’t met. Flush in the toilet didn’t work. And hardly anything of note in the room to ask for such a high price. Would rather stay in similar quality room at a home stay for a much lower price

First of all, it is just 3 story hotel mad not an actual resort. The room was clean. The room service was good. The food was excellent. However, room rent could be lower. I paid approx for two nights.
