नमस्कार गायकवाड सर, आपल्याला झालेल्या गैरसोयीबद्दल क्षमस्व, आपण आमच्या बीच अँड हिल्स रिसॉर्ट चे मेक माय ट्रिप वरून आलेले पहिले कस्टमर होतात 15 /8/25 रोजी आपण आमच्या इथे दोन रूम बुक केल्या होतात त्या दिवशी मुसळधार पाऊस असल्याने आपण हॉटेल ला किती वाजेपर्यंत चेक इन करणार या साठी तसेच आपल्याला आल्यानंतर लगेच काही खाण्यासाठी लागेल का या साठी आणि तुम्ही येत असताना तुम्हाला हॉटेल सापडत आहे की नाही या साठी मी अनेक वेळेला तुमच्या सोबत संपर्क करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला मात्र तुमच्या कडून कोणत्याही प्रकारचा रिस्पॉन्स आला नाही तुम्ही आल्यानंतर देखील मी स्वतः तुम्हाला गाडी अडकू नये म्हणून वर घेण्यासाठी सांगितली तसेच तुमची एन्ट्री घेऊन तुम्हाला रूम पर्यंत सोडली..त्याचप्रमाणे सकाळी तुम्हाला ब्रेकफास्ट दिला पाणी बॉटल दिली....तुम्हाला रूम बद्दल देखील विचारलं तुम्ही सांगितलं ok आहे म्हणून. कारण आम्ही जे सर्व फोटो किंवा त्या बद्दल ची माहिती ऑनलाइन प्लॅटफॉर्म वर टाकली आहे त्याच पद्धतीच्या रूम्स आणि इतर परिसर प्रत्यक्षात आहे .... पाऊस असल्या मुळे सेफ्टी या कारणामुळे आऊटडोअर गेम्स बंद होते कारण पाऊस खूप मोठ्या प्रमाणात होता म्हणून पाऊस गेल्या नंतर सर्व आऊटडोअर गेम्स पुन्हा सुरू होतील ....मात्र आम्ही हॉटेल सर्विस मध्ये तुम्हाला कोणत्याही प्रकारची कमी वाटू दिली नाही ....पावसामुळे थोडाफार चिखल झाला होता.... आम

There is a big difference between what you see in photos and actually. Property room prices shouldn't be more than 2,000 as per your service provided and rooms , location and parking. No car parking space. My car got stuck in mud near the property. Fullllll of mud
