Exotica by the Sea

Rooms are spacious but they need to work on the washrooms. They have kept some cycles to rome around but they are not maintained. Overall it's a nice resort and families can spend quality time together

This property is too good and fabulous for a family trip. We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed it a lot. The food was too good and served hot. The staff were humble and helpful. We had a nice experience staying here.

Property is located near Diveagar beach , food was good , amenities includes swimming pool, badminton court , cycling & indoor games like tt and carom overall services and stay was very nice

Fantastic property. Top notch service right from the check in till check out. Food is great, rooms are spacious. Nearby beaches are amazing specially Aravi. The only improvement needed is with the pool. Since it's created in between trees, there are a lot of insects in the water. While there was a person who tried removing them, there were just too many of them and we had to leave the pool early because of that. Everything else was fantastic.

Wonderfully designed rooms and space. A good escape from the hustle bustle offering a lovely river view on the backyard. Food was simple but fresh with variety of options in breakfast. A little attention could be paid to bath and backyard cleanliness for an even pleasant feel. Luxurious Suite with river view room booked in Oct 2025.

Not a great stay. Not upto the mark given the price point. AC was set fixed to 25 degrees. Bathroom Sanitary items were damaged. Leakages in room during heavy rain with damping smell. Staff was not cooperative. Overall not a very good stay.

It’s bit far from both Diveagar and Aravi beach. Resort ambiance is good and view of back side river is good. Pool was maintained. However, the rooms are so not worth the price they are charging. Very poor quality of room. Pathetic shower, low water pressure. Very limited breakfast option and very slow service. Food was average. The staffs weren’t trained properly. Overall it’s not worth the price.

The property is very nice, serene and peacefull. They have got desi cows, fish ponds, water lily's and different type of flora. The only issue I faced is the lack of local cuisines at their in house restaurants

We had a lovely stay at Exotica by the Sea, and it’s a great option if you're visiting Diveagar with family. Pros: ✅ Rooms – Spacious, cozy, and perfectly designed for families. The interiors are well thought out and comfortable. ✅ Restaurant – Though the menu variety is limited, every dish we tried was delicious. The wooden-themed ambience of the restaurant really stands out and adds a rustic, beachy charm. ✅ Swimming Pool – Clean and inviting. Great for kids and adults alike. ✅ Location – Just a few minutes' walk from the beach, which makes morning and evening strolls very convenient and peaceful. ✅ Staff – Extremely courteous and polite. Always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay feel even more pleasant and welcoming. Cons: ❌ Linen and Towels – This was a letdown. The towels were not very clean and the bed linens could use some refreshing and better maintenance. If they improve their housekeeping standards, this place would easily be a more better stay. Still, a great escape from the city hustle with a serene atmosphere.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Location is fantastic - 18min on foot to the beach, few minutes to the restaurants/bars and just extra couple of minutes to sightseeing places. Staff is definitely a credit to this hotel - extremely helpful, polite and go an extra mile for you. Swimming pool area is amazing we were enjoyed alot. The hotel itself and rooms are spotlessly clean. Will definitely return again on my next trip.

Great location, nice food and courteous staff.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my horrifying experience at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, I noticed it wasn’t well maintained—but nothing prepared me for what came next. Late at night, I started hearing scratching noises from above the false ceiling. At first, I tried to ignore it, thinking it might be the plumbing or old pipes. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. To my shock and disgust, it turned out to be rats moving around above the ceiling. The sound was constant and extremely disturbing. If that wasn’t bad enough, the room was infested with cockroaches—on the floor, near the bathroom, and even crawling near the bed. It was absolutely filthy and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are far better (and cleaner!) options out there. One star is too generous.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Stay was good, Hotel location is also good. However food is not up to the mark. It’s just adjustable. Breakfast menu is too limited. The drunk housekeeping guy was telling my family not to spill foods on the bed. This is somewhat never seen in hotels. Manager was helpful but he also justified that guy saying it’s their duty to instruct the guests. Been to so many different hotels but never seen such an insane advice. These people don’t have stain removers I guess

The rooms were really nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the greenery all around—it created a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool was very clean and kid-friendly; we enjoyed it a lot. However, the food was more expensive compared to nearby hotels and local khanawals.

Cost should be revised to a reasonable rate. Water pressure in bathroom is too low. Rest it was a good property.

There was no water in room and the service is very slow. No hot water very bad room service . Staff denied to give services
