The stay was comfortable and food was also great, also it very close to the beach so that was also which is a plus point.

Room size is good. Staff is supportive, helpful, and also active. We asked to order a cake for the event, and staff helped us to arrange it in the room. Food is also decent.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was supportive.The rooms were spacious, well-maintained,and surrounded by lush greenery, which created a relaxing and stress-free atmosphere. There is, however, slight room for improvement in the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant.

not a value for money resort, poor service, not maintained rooms, cleaning of rooms i think done before 10 days as so much of dust on everything, not maintained toilet. 3 out of 10

It was a very bad experience, the hotel staff was not polite at all. I would not recommend the venue.

The property was ok but had several issues, the flush was water clogged, the dressing table light was not working. The intercom had to be changed. The hotel staff at the restaurant especially the incharge kept asking us to visit a nearby veg restaurant for some reason. The restaurant in charge needs to learn some manners.

My recent stay at Coco Palms in Diveagar was nothing short of amazing! The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, just a short distance from the beach, making it a perfect getaway for relaxation. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that were fresh and full of flavor. Every meal felt like a treat, and the dining experience was truly enjoyable. The service was exceptionally fast and efficient. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help, making sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. One thing that really stood out was how they handled a small issue we faced. When we first checked into our suite (which had two rooms—one with a double bed and the other with a sofa), we realized that the AC in the room with the sofa wasn’t working. Without any hassle, the staff immediately upgraded us to a deluxe room at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. The swimming pool was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim. Overall, I can confidently say that Coco Palms is the best resort in Diveagar. From great food to excellent service and a customer-first approach, this place truly made our trip memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was an overall good experience & I would recommend this hotel for stay to all..except few things. WiFi speed is not good in few rooms..also u have struggle for hot water in bathroom..like in my case..it never came in my one day stay. Also, due to poor WiFi range entertainment channels were not playing in my room but it was playing in my friend’s room. Food was tasty, good & fresh. Complimentary buffet Breakfast was good with nice options to choose from. Rooms are clean, big & cozy. Small but surrounding periphery of the hotel was maintained very well by the owner with lush green plants..U feel close to nature. Beach was just 10mins walk from the hotel...we drove from Pune to visit this place. Getting a good Mobile reception is also challenging in nearby area.

This is a very well maintained resort. Very clean and tidy. Rooms are big and spacious. Garden is beautiful with well arranged plants. Food is very good (not exactly Kokani style but tasty) and service is prompt. It’s walking distance to the beach and there are shops and restaurants nearby. Good for families with small kids.

The resort is well maintained. Rooms are specious. Pool area and garden area is good for kids to play. Food is average considering 3 star. Well connectivity to beach. Hygienic stay.

Accomodation is average compered to cost. Beds are not good. Bathroom tiles and floor is not that clean. Restaurant foodquality is poor

It was nice spacious room and the staff was very attentive. Everything was ready before we arrive and they explained each and every details as soon as we enter the room. The staff was very supportive as well. Cleaned and well maintained property. Only thing we would liked to have was food options. They have very limited dishes, however whatever they have has good taste and quality. The beach as well at walkable distance from hotel.

Property was good. I need to sterilise bottles for my baby. I had utensils with me still they did not allow me saying the kitchen is closed. Really had to struggle to feed my baby. The reason they guv e is very pathetic and did not listen even if we explained the problem. Next morning the upma which served in breakfast had muggets in it when we pointed it out they simply took my plate and kept it in the kitchen

Beautiful green property close to the beach with large well maintained rooms including all required amenities. The services were promt. Staffs were polite and helpful.
