Owner not cooperative
The ac was not upto the mark. I had to check out a day early due to some emergency but the owner was not ready to co-operate for any kind of refunds or a day’s stay coupon for my next visit. MMT supported me but the owner did not help.

Poor accommodation provided
First of all, please call it guest house or lodge, don’t call it resort. No proper arrangements were there in room. No towels, water kettle. AC was also not working initially. Window pane was not closing properly. This all I got after I paid more then 4500/- for single day stay. I wouldn’t like to book my stays through MMT for next time.

Good Stay
The stay was extremely comfortable and the walk to the beach was amazing. The resort is in a close proximity to the beach and it's a walk to remember. It has AC, TV, geyser and a lot of greenery around. If only the kitchen was open earlier than 8:30 it would have been cherry on the top. thank you for the hospitality!

Average Stay
The room was clean, but the tv was not working. Despite multiple requests, it was only temporarily fixed, and it stopped working again after an hour. Additionally, there were water issues in the morning, which were resolved after several requests. I also encountered wi-fi issues on the first floor. Overall, the stay was average, with these basic amenities causing some inconvenience, though the hotel itself was clean.

Poor Stay
The room was not cleaned properly, the service was average and after check in in the evening they refused to clean the room stating house keeping staff leave in the evening. The food was good but very little quantities. Over all the room was not worth

Excellent Stay
Staying with emrald is comfortable and it is near the beach. So, you can roam around the areas like ganesh mandir beach and some other spots like turtle point and many more. About stay 1. The staff is polite and behaves well with the guest 2. The rooms are clean and the proper taking care of hygiene. 3. The area is great for staying. They provide all the facilities except swimming pool 4. Highly recommend people to try out this resort at least once if you are planning to visit diveagar. 5. Suggestion for the property owner or staff kindly update the map location as it's showing wrong though they help on call to reach the property.

Poor Stay
Property is new but not deserving this much price. Issues are 1. Mattresses are very hard 2. There is no wifi signal in room 3. There is always a pressure machine sound 24/7, you can't sleep 4. There is nothing like resort. 5. Mm t google location is not correct. Positive points 1. Staff is good 2. Location is good

Excellent Stay
The emerald resort exceeded all our expectations. It has nice rooms, cleanliness all around and tasty sea food. Cozy place near sea beach, just 5 min drive, so that one can enjoy the sunset and good morning stroll. Overall i loved the experience of emerald resort in diveagar

Good stay for family
It's well cleaned. Food quality was ok ok. Staff was good. It is good for family stay and good ambience

Went for a short staycation it was awesome the behaviour of the staff and rooms and place to park was all good. No interference no disturbance at all. A good place to visit at stay.

Fresh new resort at dive agar
familyThis is one of the best resorts in dive agar. Since this is a newly built property, it has a very fresh vibe to everything like rooms, amenities (no child play area though, restaurant and open spaces. The staff is polite and helpful. Though the restaurant is fresh, it would be really great deal, if they hire some local cook and serve authentic konkani menu over there at restaurant - for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Otherwise, the property is worth the cost of booking for its freshness.
