Review Of The Oia House

It's a terrible property, no housekeeping, no cleanliness, they never cleaned the washroom not even before handing over the room to us nor during our stay there. No serivces provided at the property and we were charged approx. 6300/day. Mmt should do inspection of properties before listing on their platform. Oia house is a scam. Terrible experience at such high cost. Fooling consumers. Rather than doing these adjustments by offering discount mmt should duelist oi a house. Our experience, mood & money is wasted and offering some discount would not bring back our experiences. I need support on this matter at the earliest. I have paid approx. 26000 for 2 days for such a terrible experience, its a scam done by mmt and i need support/compensation for ruining our experience.

Pros: the property was located at one of the most beautiful locations it could be. The idea was great, the hosts were very helpful and reciprocative. The helpers were polite and the food was delicious. Cons: the cleanliness of the washrooms could have been slightly better. Not that it was bad, but smell management was a little off. Also, rooms could be slightly better equipped at this price.

Great place for some peace and tranquility, if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of your city life, this is highly recommended

Location is great, it's undiscovered. It's 10-15 mins from Diveagar. Road is nice, property is right in front of sea

The ac of the room was not working and in such a humid condition it became difficult for us to spend the night even. We thought of leaving the place at night. There is no bathroom as such its an under construction arrangement. No all out was in the room and there were mosquitoes and lizards. The host was not responsive. Basin was leaking. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Makemytrip should not list such properties which are under construction.

It was a serene place with quite sournding. Perfect for weekend getaway.

Location is very good. Host is polite and friendly. Food is available on request. Overall stay was good. However, property is still under construction, so bathroom designs are not finished. Price seems to be high, considering the current state of property.

We had an awesome stay at oi a house though when we reached at the place they were still setting up the rooms to be able to stay. Shay-am and his wife they are amazing hosts we booked just 2 rooms but they do offered us another as we were 6 people. They have local cook available who can get you delicious konkan and other local dishes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
