I never had such a bad experience in other hotels. 1. The behaviour of owner is very senseless, they were not allowing outside food, they were asking not to carry anything from outside. But we wanted something which was not mentioned in their menu card, owner was forcing to take food from them only, otherwise they will charge extra. 2. Lot of parking issues, very small place for parking, they will disturb you every time to remove your car if any other guests wants to go somewhere. 3. The food quality was not up to the mark, so we decided to take food from outside. 4. The reputation of owner is very bad in front of nearby resorts, shops & grocery stores, people mentioned he is not supportive at all. 5. They installed ac water outlet in balcony, so there is no use of balcony as its wet every time. Suggestion to owner : you are into hospitality industry, you can not be so rude to your guests, if only money is your aim, pols earn it from any other source, hospitality is not meant for you.
