worst location.. this hotel is located just infront of BMTC bus stand these buses keep honking horns all day and night..i couldn't sleep for a while. room cleaning services not provided in a3 days stay. Request any customer to review the hotel location before booking stay.

Reception staff service is very bad.no car parkingThey mentioned they have car parking but only limited only two car can park in there. room not maintain well not clean .bathroom smell bad. ac no cool , yesterday we park on road side, only morning get hot water ,no 24hr hot water

Rooms were not cleaned nor they provided toiletries, Not even water bottles were provided, after repeated request we got them. We requested for early check-in but for that they demanded extra charge. Staff were really rude to us.

we stayed there for two days...no cleaning , no parking facility,light not working properly,no channels , no wifi, telephone is not working , staff is not at all supportive..very bad costomer service... overall very horrible experience...not at all suggested👎
