When reached little early before check in time, we are asked to pay Rs.300/- to use wash room facility. After paying Rs.300/-, we were given only ten minutes for using wash room. Rooms were clean. toilet seat broken but clean. Toilet exhaust damaged, did not repair during entire period of three days. Lot of mosquitoes. They don't provide good night. We had to buy one. Good Hot water facility

they don't provide water bottle nor plates not glasses Nothing... and i didn't evenike the way the receptionist spoke to us ! as we me and my boyfriend were doing some illegal thing... worst

Very worst service Property owner asked me to give extra money to check in I called the customer service but they didn't responded quickly I made a complaint against that but customer service called day after, after I checked out.. Very worst and bad service . Very worst service

The stay was terrible the room was dirty the bedsheets were dirty there were lot of mosquitos and there was no water to drink i had a bad experience

It was not clean, the water was leaking, no hot water, the bedsheets were dirty. They were doing a lot of renovation and construction works. So there was so much of drilling noise. Could not sleep

The spot is at good location, nice surrounding but behaviour of staff was not so polite, kind of rudeness, rooms are okeyish. Overall good at that price. Improvement can still be done

It was one of the worst hotel accommodations i've ever encountered. From the moment i checked in, i was met with disappointment after disappointment. The room was dingy and outdated, with worn-out furniture and a musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens seemed like they hadn't been changed in ages. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with a broken showerhead and poor water pressure. The noise level was unbearable, as i could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. The lack of soundproofing made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also lacking, and i had concerns about the hygiene standards, especially given the current times. The staff's attitude was indifferent, and they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns.

Horrible and worst it was very bad experience and rats maskitos damaged and not clean

This lounge provide only for 11 hours and ask me to leave the room. Its terrible experience at that time i can't go anywhere because i am new to this city. I want my payment back. Otherwise i will complain about it.

Very badly communication by the hotel staff

Manager denied entry to the rooms. Reason: rooms are full.

I enquired with 5-6 other properties located in the same vicinity but was not able get the location of this. Even the number which i found on google earth turned out to be invalid. Remove this asap.

i am very much depressed to see the standard of the lodge. facilities mentioned at the time of booking are all absent. it is not at the standard hotels. i think if you keep these types of hotels in your panel it will definitely effect your reputation.. gyser & tv are not working. telephone,dustbin, jug & glass for water are not available.manager was non cooperative.

The room was very much different and unclean than the pictures displayed in the lodge dashboard. The water geyser was leaking and wasn’t working for hot water, we had notified the owner but he did nothing. Poor hospitality and even complimentary breakfast wasn’t even provided for the booked price. The power socket wasn’t working as well, bedsheet was full of dirt and old stains. I had to stay there because i had to catch an early morning train, not recommended place.

Bad smell was coming from pillows. Toilet seat is too close to the wall. No one can sit and use the toilet. Water supply was not there in the morning. Geaser was not working other things was quite ok.

They charges extra money from early check in
