Hello Sir/Madam,
1.The time we were scheduled to check in was not given punctually,as we are planning a family trip of togetherness booking 4 rooms is really true worth was not up to the expectations as One or two rooms were not yet checked out and cleaned up by the time we reached tired from a distance like (Chennai/Coimbatore/Gingee)
2.The rooms were not properly cleaned up .One of the room was very wet and sticky.
3.No prompt response from the reception desk to whatever being asked for help/query.
4.No helper to bring our heavy lugages from vehicle to respective rooms.
5.TV and remote is not sinking with one another
6.No intercom in two rooms
7.Hot water not coming after a long tired some work up
8.No immediate response for anything we approached
9.The room changed and given after so many repeated hardships was not at all cleaned up properly full of beach sand in near bed and inside bathroom too
The water leakage continuously undershelf and pooled (?A/C outlet )God only knows
10.No lift in front building is tiring for our knee issues
11.Breakfast complementary (paid
prior)8.30-10.30am was announced even over phone but as we went by 9am,no fruit juices,empty jar kept,Coffee were not hot,jam almost emptied by 10 am (nobody filled again)
12.Coffee/Tea ordered for Room in dining were brought in glass mugs (not in flasks)in the rainy days
13.Breakfast was asked about filing items atleast present there but told crowd came unexpectedly was the reply ,why don't be the restaraunt ready with number of the people paid and checked in before night itself.
14.Rain coming suddenly no help with any kind of umbrella
