Satta Beach Residence

Hotel denied the room at the last moment while we reached out to them hour before our checkin saying technical glitch. Thanks to MMT we could find a decent stay in short time as a replacement

The stay was fantastic and service was great. Love the staff there who always had a smile on their face, very welcoming and going all out to make our stay comfortable and great.

The breakfast served was amazning. The sea view from the balcony was awesome. The customer service was the best, sangeeta and all staff were extraordinary. They ensured all our requirements were met. He was very supportive and caring and made us feel like home.

check in at 2 that they extended till 3! 1 hr we had to wait and got late for our plans. THE POOL! NEVER GO INSIDE! the water they never change and claim that it has filter, no matter the filter but the water has been stagnant since forever! AT lease the ground floor rooms dont look like that.

Hi i am leela i have stay on satta for 2 nights it was really wow experience. Me and my mom really like the stay. Good maintenance. Good food and swimming pool is wow i like so much and the ambience all over good. I surely visit again. I prefer to all to visit satta residency.

Unprofessional & unfriendly staff, facilities not working properly and even the attitude of the staff is poor. There's no telephone that can be contacted directly. Ac not functioning properly as well as mattresses were not proper

Ist little bit small compared to the price range. But the staff was awesome. So amiable. Still the price is high

We reached the place almost around evening. The staff were friendly and we could communicate whatever we wanted with them. Odayam beach was near the property and was at a walkable distance. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Stay and ambience were pretty good. It’s bit costly compared to service provided. Swimming pool and breakfast were hygienic and tasty

Experience horrible room quality, these people disguised tourist with overhyped room quality with posted picture, real room is not at all worthy. They do not even provide food in residence.

Sutta is located towards the south and quieter side of the varkala coast. Booking and check in was a very smooth experience. The manager navneet along with faiz is always ready to help and willing to go the distance with all requests. The double deluxe was very spacious and comfortable with a proper dry and wet area in the bathroom. A lovely little balcony which is sea facing. The room is optimally equipped with basic necessities and clean sheets, towels and mats placed. The lighting is also very well done. The varkala cliff is a 10 mins drive or 25 mins walk. However the oddayam beach is just a 3 min walk. You walk out turn left and go down to the beach. And this beach is always less crowded than any other beaches with about 6-7 foot waves for surfers. They also have a swimming pool within the premises which is a very pleasant addition. The mangroves are a 30 mins drive and jatayu earths centre is again 30 mins by drive. We thank the owner andre who we met for just 5 mins but was very interesting to talk to. Overall a fantastic experience because of which i extended my stay too! thank you!

Very good hospitality

It's an average place to stay. Very basic with complimentary breakfast. Few meters walk to beach. Staffs are friendly. No view and all. It's a hotel kind not a resort. Can stay nothing more

Bad welcoming! we had to open the gate ourselves! room was not ready even at 4pm! ac was not working in one of the rooms. There was no drinking water and bathing soap! in the morning no breakfast was served even at 8. 30am! when we went to the kitchen the cook told us she has nothing to cook! worst experience.

Rooms are like completely different i would suggest not to book a pool view because flooring and washrooms are completely opposite.

The location is good. There's no denying that. But the rooms could be a bit better. The interior looks and feels very out of place. The rooms feel very rustic as opposed to the exterior which looks contemporary. The staff is really helpful though. When we had an issue with a room, they were quick enough to shift us to a new one.
